Refund Policy

Toy Haven offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on purchases shipped via Priority Mail Service. You may return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Toy Haven does not offer refunds for orders shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage. To request a refund, please contact customer service at toyhaven@toyhaven.us. When returning a product, please include the original packaging and all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Items shipped via USPS Ground Advantage
Items that have been used or damaged
Items that have been opened or tampered with
Items that are no longer in resalable condition

Toy Haven reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
