Toy Haven does not offer refunds for orders shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage. To request a refund, please contact customer service at toyhaven@toyhaven.us. When returning a product, please include the original packaging and all accessories. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
